Peers Global Community Guidelines

Version 1.1 | Last Updated: 28 July 2023

At Peers Global, we are more than a business network – we are a community. A safe space. A collaboration circle. A platform to grow together with mutual trust and integrity.

These guidelines are here to protect every member — from seasoned entrepreneurs to new dreamers — and ensure our platform remains professional, productive, and positive.

  1. Be Real. Be You.
    • Use your real name and authentic identity when participating.

    • Share only information you own, have created, or have permission to post.

    • No fake profiles, misleading designations, or exaggerated credentials.

  2. Keep It Professional. Keep It Kind.
    • Respect all voices — even the quiet ones.

    • Share constructive feedback, not criticism coated with ego.

    • No bullying, trolling, personal attacks, or inappropriate jokes. We’re not a battleground; we’re a boardroom with empathy.

  3. No Harmful, Hateful, or Unsafe Content.
    • Violent, graphic, abusive, or sexually explicit.

    • That spreads hate based on religion, caste, gender, ethnicity, orientation, age, or disability.

    • That glorifies terrorism, exploitation, or crime.

  4. Don’t Sell Dreams That Don’t Exist
    • Do not promote:

      • Fake jobs, lotteries, get-rich schemes, or miracle investments.

      • Fraudulent training, fake awards, or stolen stories.

    • Advertising and promotions are allowed only where Peers Global permits (e.g., paid sponsorships, designated booths, or spotlight events).

  5. No Spamming or Mass Promotions
    • Do not send copy-paste messages or promotions in DMs.

    • No sales pitches unless the context allows.

    • Maintain communication boundaries — ask permission before pitching.

  6. Respect Privacy. Always.
    • Do not share personal numbers, photos, or sensitive business data without consent.

    • Do not record or share confidential forums or private discussions without permission.

    • In Peer-to-Peer Meetings, respect confidentiality and business boundaries.

  7. Build, Don’t Break
    • Peers Global is built on relationships, not competition.

    • Don’t poach, misguide, or divert others to your platform or group.

    • Celebrate others’ wins and share referrals with sincerity.

  8. Report Responsibly

If you spot something that feels wrong, unsafe, or fake — report it.

    • You can inform your Circle Director, Circle Founder, or the Peers Global team.

    • Avoid public confrontations; let the system handle the concern.

    • We act fast — but fairly — after proper review

  9. Content Ownership and PR Etiquette

Members sharing blogs, stories, podcasts, or interviews through VyapaarJagat.com or Unity App must:

    • Ensure originality.

    • Tag sources if they refer to others.

    • Avoid political, religious, or personal attacks.

    • Your words represent you and reflect on the Peers Global ecosystem.

  10. Unity First, Always.
    • No copying Peers Global formats, groups, brand IP, badges, or structures.

    • Do not create parallel or competing communities using our members or ideas.

    • Your energy is better used building your circle, not breaking someone else’s.

    • Permanent community ban.

Remember, our aim is not to punish — it is to protect.

Let’s Build Something Beautiful Together

Let’s keep it that way.
